Connex is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of innovative solutions using Java, Spring, Gradle, NodeJS/Typescript, and a variety of assets including IVR, AWS/Google/Azure Cloud, and Contact Center Technologies (e.g., Nuance, Genesys).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Mentor and guide team members in best practices and development methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance processes, and project timelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and excellence. 
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development and technical leadership roles.
  • Expertise in Java, Spring, Gradle, NodeJS/Typescript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with IVR, AWS/Google/Azure Cloud, and Contact Center Technologies (e.g., Nuance, Genesys) is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
