We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Developer -Cloud, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based solutions using AWS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of cloud services, support our cloud architecture, and drive cloud adoption strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
- Develop and manage cloud architecture solutions that meet business requirements.
- Implement best practices for cloud security, monitoring, and optimization.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth cloud integration and deployment processes.
- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management using tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar.
- Monitor cloud systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS technologies, trends, and best practices.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with development teams, stakeholders, and management.

Participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of the applications.
Desirable Skills
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Degree or Higher
- 5+ proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role, with a focus on AWS.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFormation, and IAM.
- Experience with cloud architecture design and implementation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Javascript/Typescript.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Solid understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, ELK stack, or Prometheus.
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols related to cloud environments.

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
