Connex is seeking a skilled Project Control Officer / Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our contact center projects. This individual will assess project costs, scope, and timelines, ensuring effective integration into our framework. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, facilitate project delivery, and support collaboration with stakeholders while adhering to audit requirements. 

Location: Hybrid in Downtown (On-site twice a week)

Responsibilities

  • Project Assessment (25%)
  • Assess and evaluate the costs, scope, and timelines of new projects, integrating them into the contact center framework with an eye on budget and resource availability.
  • Present ongoing project statuses, constraints, and successes to senior leadership to ensure transparency and effective communication.
  • Status Reporting (15%)
  • Regularly update project statuses to senior leadership, highlighting constraints and successes. 
  • Resource Forecasting (15%)
  • Forecast resource needs and maintain financial records and team costs for projects utilizing Clarity and Power BI.
  • Ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting throughout project lifecycles. 
  • Compliance Maintenance (10%)
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation and PDLC artifacts in compliance with audit standards to ensure project integrity. 
  • Task Facilitation (10%)
  • Facilitate the delivery of project tasks and assist in resolving project-related issues. 
  • Onboarding Support (10%)
  • Aid in onboarding new resources and knowledge transfer, providing necessary access support.
  • Issue Repository Management (10%)
  • Maintain a comprehensive issue and resolution repository for ongoing projects to track project health and performance. 
  • Requirements Gathering (5%)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and the project team during requirements sessions to ensure alignment and clarity.

Desired Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Control Officer/Business Analyst in the Contact Center domain.
  • Familiarity with Genesys software packages, including Inbound, Routing, Reporting, and Outbound.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies and tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Experience with Clarity for project tracking and resource management.
  • Understanding of software development practices and technology concepts.
  •  Awareness of technology strategy and architecture implications on program design. 
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CCaaS and Genesys routing design. 
  • Previous experience in a Financial Institution, Service Provider, or Technology Manufacturer within the Telecom/Contact Center space.
