Position Overview: 

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Associate Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Sales Team. In this role, you will support the management of key client relationships and help ensure our enterprise customers receive maximum value from our solutions and services.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and an excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating with both internal teams and clients. You will play an important role in supporting customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth by aligning client goals with our service offerings and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management (25%)
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients. 
  • • Act as a customer advocate internally to help resolve issues efficiently. 
  • • Maintain trust and credibility through responsive communication and support.
  • Customer Success & Value Alignment (25%)
  • • Understand client business objectives and ensure our solutions align with their goals. 
  • • Drive customer success initiatives by coordinating efforts across internal teams. 
  • • Support customers in maximizing the value of Connex services.
  • Client Engagement & Support (20%)
  • • Address customer inquiries and assist in resolving service or operational issues.
  • • Work closely with the Enterprise Sales Team to support client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting (15%)
  • • Track relevant customer metrics and performance indicators. 
  • • Monitor progress against customer goals and provide insights for account reviews.
  • Business Reviews & Account Management (15%)
  • • Facilitate Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). 
  • • Provide structured updates on performance, value delivered, and future opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience:  Previous experience in financial services or in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role. 
  • Technical Skills:  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using CRM platforms. 
  • Organization & Multitasking: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining close attention to detail. 
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with both clients and internal teams. 
  • Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to approach challenges creatively. 
  • Customer Focus: Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong cross-functional relationships. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
